Bumpdate: 35 weeks
How Far Along? 35 weeks
Weight gain: About 25 pounds.
Maternity clothes? Okay okay I get a lot of flack for this one haha. I don't wear maternity pants yet and I know they are apparently a "dream" but I guess I am just too cheap to buy some at this point, especially if I won't be wearing them after? Gotta love stretchy jeans!
Sleep? I have never had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom in my entire life so between that and how annoying it is to sleep with a heavy beach ball on your stomach I would say things are getting pretty uncomfortable haha. I will take the sleep while I can though!
Best moment this week? Sleeping next to Jason and feeling this little girl kick him in the back - muahaha. Kind of fun :)
Weird pregnancy moment? We watched Frozen with my nieces and nephews and the minute the beginning song started the baby started kicking like crazy to the beat. My Mom sat there and felt it and the minute the song ended, she was done. I then knew that I had a little Bennett inside me haha. Either that or a girl version of Jesse. (yessss!)
Anything make you queasy? I think the queasy stage is long gone. My body just loves food too much to reject it I guess. :| Movement: She's a party animal! We are talking every quadrant of my abdomen - this little lady likes to move. Gender: 99.9% sure it's a girl haha.
What we are looking forward to: I think I could narrow this down to 3 things right about now:
- I am looking forward to one day being rid of this rib/back pain. Boo!
- People are far too kind to pregos even though the truth of the matter is that I know my face is puffy and my clothes fit awkwardly. That's alright! I have learned to accept it. :) I am looking forward to having all of this attention off me and my mid-section though haha.
- We decided last minute that we are going to move upstairs since my Grandma is leaving. It's probably not the best timing but I am looking forward to creating a nursery, getting to live with BIG windows and a dishwasher, and having space for baby things! That's going to be a big game changer and I'm pumped!
You definitely have the glow! She will be here so soon can't wait!

DeleteOh Bry, What a cute post. I'm glad she's so musical. I never checked out all the kids that kicked me as to their reaction to music, but they did a lot of dancing. You look beautiful and not puffy and I am planning on seeing lots of her via computer. I will miss you lots. My new roommate won't be as wonderful as you and Jason.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I am just crazy and it was coincidental timing but I still hope she is a mini Jesse haha. We will sure miss YOU! This little "womb-mate" will be paying you many visits via the computer for sure!
